Inspired by Winifred Atwell, whose generosity helped shape Brixton’s vibrant Caribbean heritage. Hibiscus, ginger spice and lime combine for a lively, joyful cocktail. 

Ingredients:
• 40ml RamTang Lime
• 40ml Hibiscus & Ginger syrup
• Ginger beer (to top)
• Ice

Method:
Start with the RamTang’ - then the Hibiscus Syrup - add ice - finish with Ginger beer - place garnish

Garnish:
We recommend: Lime slice & edible flower
