Delivery & Returns
When purchasing from the RamTang’ Liqueurs online shop, you agree to the following delivery and returns terms. We’ve kept them clear, fair, and aligned with how we operate as a small, independent drinks brand.
Order Processing
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days.
- Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Weekly order cut-off:
To receive your order within the same working week, please place your order no later than Wednesday at 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after this point may roll into the following week.
Seasonal Shipping Pause (Christmas)
Please note that no orders will be dispatched between 19th–26th December inclusive due to the Christmas holiday period and courier shutdowns.
- Orders placed during this time will begin processing from 27th December.
- Delivery times may be slightly longer immediately after the break as courier networks return to full flow.
Delivery Information
- All deliveries are fulfilled via our courier partner (currently Royal Mail).
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- We currently deliver within the UK only.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do not operate a permanent free-shipping policy.
From time to time, we may offer Free Delivery promotions. These apply only to addresses within our courier’s standard delivery areas. Some UK postcodes are classed as Remote Areas by the courier and may incur additional charges, even during promotions.
Age Verification
RamTang’ Cello is an alcoholic product. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Please be aware that:
- Our courier may request proof of age upon delivery.
- If delivery is refused due to age verification failure, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in the production, packing, and dispatch of every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request either:
- A full refund, or
- An exchange for a replacement product of the same value (subject to availability).
To arrange this, please email enquiries@ramtang.com within 28 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery postcode
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As breakages occur during courier handling and sit outside our direct control, replacement bottles are not automatically issued. In certain circumstances, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
Only unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns
- Returns must be agreed in advance via email.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until safely received.
- If returned items do not meet the conditions above, they will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.
