Delicate, delicious and delightfully easy to make.
Classic British flavours of rhubarb and strawberry combine with the bright citrus lift of RamTang’ Lemon for a refreshing springtime serve.
Ingredients:
• 1 fresh strawberry, muddled
• 40ml RamTang Lemon
• 150ml Rhubarb Cawston Press
• Ice
Method:
Muddle the strawberry - next pour the RamTang’ - add ice - top with Cawston - finally place garnish
