YOU WILL NEED:
- 150ml Cava, Prosecco, or Champagne
- 15ml Lime RamTang’
- 15ml Ginger Liqueur (e.g., Kings or Kaveri)
- Dried orange wheel (for garnish)
- Edible gold flakes (optional, for garnish)
METHOD:
- Prepare the glass: Chill a Champagne flute in the fridge or by filling it with ice water for a few minutes. Discard the ice or water before pouring.
- Build the drink: Add 15ml Lime RamTang’ and 15ml ginger liqueur directly into the flute.
- Top up: Slowly pour 150ml of your choice of Cava, Prosecco, or Champagne into the glass to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish: Place a dried orange wheel on the rim or float it in the glass. For an extra luxurious touch, sprinkle a pinch of edible gold flakes over the top.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately while the drink is chilled and sparkling.
