YOU WILL NEED:

  • 150ml Cava, Prosecco, or Champagne
  • 15ml Lime RamTang’
  • 15ml Ginger Liqueur (e.g., Kings or Kaveri)
  • Dried orange wheel (for garnish)
  • Edible gold flakes (optional, for garnish)

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the glass: Chill a Champagne flute in the fridge or by filling it with ice water for a few minutes. Discard the ice or water before pouring.
  2. Build the drink: Add 15ml Lime RamTang’ and 15ml ginger liqueur directly into the flute.
  3. Top up: Slowly pour 150ml of your choice of Cava, Prosecco, or Champagne into the glass to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Garnish: Place a dried orange wheel on the rim or float it in the glass. For an extra luxurious touch, sprinkle a pinch of edible gold flakes over the top.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately while the drink is chilled and sparkling.
