Autumn Tang'

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 60ml gold or dark rum
  • 30 ml RamTang' Lemon Cello
  • 90 ml Fresh apple juice (preferably unsweetened)
  • 15 ml Maple syrup
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Garnish:

  • Cinnamon stick
  • Dried apple slice

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Add the rum, RamTang' Lemon Cello, fresh apple juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon to the shaker.
  3. Shake it up: Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or tumbler filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish: Top the cocktail with a cinnamon stick and a dried apple slice for a perfect fall-inspired finish.
