
Apricot Spritz

YOU WILL NEED:
- 40ml Lemon RamTang’
- 15ml Apricot Syrup
- 75ml Prosecco or Champagne
- 25-50ml Soda to top
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Charred Apricot
- Garnish:Rosemary Sprig
- Garnish: Lemon Wheel
METHOD:
- Build the base: Add the Lemon RamTang’ and Apricot Syrup to a wine glass filled with ice.
- Top up: Gently pour Prosecco or Champagne before topping with soda water.
- Stir: Give the drink a gentle stir to combine.
- Garnish: Add a rosemary sprig, Lemon wheel before placing the burnt apricot on the top to finish
