Apricot Spritz

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 40ml Lemon RamTang’
  • 15ml Apricot Syrup
  • 75ml Prosecco or Champagne
  • 25-50ml Soda to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Charred Apricot
  • Garnish:Rosemary Sprig
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel

METHOD:

  1. Build the base: Add the Lemon RamTang’ and Apricot Syrup to a wine glass filled with ice.
  2. Top up: Gently pour Prosecco or Champagne before topping with soda water.
  3. Stir: Give the drink a gentle stir to combine.
  4. Garnish: Add a rosemary sprig, Lemon wheel before placing the burnt apricot on the top to finish
