Spring Cocktail Serves: A RamTang’ Round-Up

Spring is coming to an end, which means even longer evenings, lighter serves, and low ABV cocktails built for conversation, celebration and a little bit of chaos.

Since Spring we have approached our serves differently – picking seasonal ingredients and exploring combinations that are affordable, refreshing, and effortlessly zesty.

As a citrus liqueur brand, we are leaning into our strengths, which are low ABV cocktails (5–7%). We feel these are the kind of serves that align best with the next generation of drinkers who are all about taste, flavour and then alcohol.

And if there is one thing we have learnt being hosts for many years, you give the people what they want.

We shall be continuing our exploration of low ABV drinks over the Summer season and already have five new serves in the wings. We are also leaning further into Sally’s chef skills, sharing her citrus obsession and how she blends that into the food she makes.

But before we introduce the new content and serves, here is a round-up of our three big hitters from Spring.

The Winnie – Lime & Hibiscus Cocktail

Zingy, playful, and a tribute to the wonderful Winnifred Atwell who shaped Brixton in ways we continue to love and admire.

The Winnie leans into the lime-heavy side of RamTang’, delivering character full of bass, colour, and just enough heat to keep one coming back sip after sip.

Although it requires making your own hibiscus and ginger syrup, it’s worth the effort.

Pineapple Puncher – Tropical Lime Spritz

We love pineapple at RamTang’, both as juice and as a garnish. Its sweet yet sharp acidity makes it playful both to drink and to create with.

We used Lime RamTang’ again for this serve, leaning into vibrant greens and yellows before finishing with a can of Sprite because some things are simply better with a little more sweetness and fizz.

This is a must-try before the end of Spring.

Rhubarb Spritz – Strawberry & Rhubarb Spritz Cocktail

Pretty, simple and elegant – the muddled strawberry sets the tone for this fresh and delicate drink.

This one has quickly become a favourite for those looking for something refreshing without being overly sweet, thanks to the rhubarb soda. It also gained the most views and engagement on our socials because it really does catch the eye.

If Spring could be summed up in a glass – this is it.

Looking Ahead

We’ll be pouring these summer cocktails and spritz serves throughout the season at tastings, festivals, stockists, and pop-ups across London and beyond.

Whether served over ice, lengthened into a spritz, or mixed into something more playful, our Lemon and Lime liqueurs were built to be shared.
