December is upon us! The solstice is fast approaching, as is Christmas, the songs are in full force and RamTang’ is in the thick of it with parcels flowing and an end of year of event to host – watch this space. 

To close the year, we’re sharing five signature party serves - bright, bold, and unapologetically RamTang - crafted to bring light to the long nights and rhythm to your gatherings.

At RamTang’, winter is never an afterthought. It’s a stage. A season that lets citrus sing against the cold, lets nostalgia slip into the glass, and invites a little mischief to the table.


Lime ToddyWarm, and gingery with a smooth limey finish

Our twist on the classic hot toddy, which leans into zesty comfort, and fiery ginger. A delicious low ABV drink, that warms both the hands and the spirit. 

 

How to serve:
Combine all the ingredients into your favourite mug, before adding the hot water. Garnish as your see fit, for those who want more of a kick, a touch of vodka or RamTang won’t go a miss. 

40ml Lime RamTang’
25ml Ginger Shot
20ml Maple Syrup or Honey
80-100ml Hot Water
Garnish: Lime Wheel & Ginger
ABV: 3%



Adult Lemonade / LimeadeA perfect session drink, made your way!

A playful, refreshing long serve that’s bright, spritzy, and surprisingly tasty for something so simple. A grown-up nod to summer that works beautifully in winter light.

How to serve:
RamTang first (as always), fill the cup with ice, top with your favourite lemonade (still or sparkling), don’t forget the citrus wheels, and a sprig of mint.

40ml Lime or Lemon RamTang’
100-150ml Lemonade (Sprite / Fevertree / Schweppes)
Ice
Garnish: Lemon / Lime Wheel and Mint
ABV: 3-6%



Citron Fizz
Add a citrus twist to your favourite bubbles

Elegant, crisp, and effortless - dance between aperitif and celebration this season, be it both pre-dinner clinking and midnight toasts. (This specific cocktail featured on Love Your Weekend, with Alan Titchmarsh combined with Wild Life Botanicals!)

How to serve:
Best served in a flute or tall glass. Add a splash to the bottom before topping with your choice of winter bubbles. 

20ml Lime or Lemon RamTang’
50-75ml Bubbles
Garnish: Citrus Wheel / Frozen Grape or sprig of Thyme
ABV: 3-6%

Café CitronLemon forward, with coffee tang and sweet rich finish.

The winter pick-me-up you didn’t know you needed. Lemon meets coffee meet chocolate, in a long drink, that intrigues the palette and gives the espresso martini a new relative to chill with. 

How to serve:
Lemon RamTang in the bottom, followed by the coffee concentrate or a fresh espresso, and bitters, give it a swirl before piling in the ice, pouring in the tonic and finishing with a fresh lemon wheel. 

40ml Lemon RamTang’
25ml Concentrate Coffee / Espresso
4 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
100-150ml Indian Tonic Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
ABV: 6%


The Lazy Marge
- Minimal effort. Maximum taste

Who doesn’t love a Margherita? Our Lazy Marge is tart, punchy, and impossibly moreish — a testament to the magic of citrus working overtime, but with minimal shaking and fuss! 

How to serve:
Combine the tequila and Lime RamTang together in equal parts, add the ice, a squeeze of lime and you’re done! For those hosting connoisseur we recommend a tajine or salt rim. You can always make it spicy by adding a spicy syrup or a fresh chilli

40ml Respado Tequila
Ice
Garnish: Lime Wedge
ABV: 30%
Go the extra mile: Add a Tajin rim and / or add a chilli or spicy syrup
